These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. 

Any new features or services which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change any part of these Terms of Service, when we make those changes, your continued use of or access to the website constitutes acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services or products. Violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your access.

We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Certain services or products may be available exclusively within our apprenticeship. We have made every effort to inform as accurately as possible the service and products which we offer.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of services, products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or product at any time. Any offer for any service or product made on this website is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Profit Within Chaos Apprenticeship

Our apprenticeship, Profit Within Chaos, also referred to as the "apprenticeship", "apprenticeship program", and "PWC", may have separate terms. PWC is offered to you as an uncertified, unaccredited general education for a business partnership between you and SantisRock; it is not employee training. We may offer a number of benefits to our apprentices including benefits offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to abide by the terms of the apprenticeship. To enroll, you must meet all of its requirements which will be made accessible on the PWC page of this website. 

The Typical Path Podcast

Our podcast, The Typical Path, also referred to as the "podcast" and "TTP", is available on several platforms including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube Podcasts, and may have separate terms. TTP content is offered to you as personal opinions of the conversation participants only and must not be interpreted as the views of SantisRock or be used as any form of legal advice. You must be of a podcast-listening age in your jurisdiction to subscribe or listen to it. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you also agree to the terms of the podcast wherever you follow it from. 

Payments 

Our paid services or products you may purchase may incur extra charges such as taxes and possible transaction fees by your bank and are subject to the exchange rates of your financial provider. Our services are one-time registrations and last for their described duration. By paying for any of the services you agree to its duration.

Payment Methods

You must provide a payment method to use our paid services and products. We may also update our accepted payment methods. 

If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the corresponding service or product until we have successfully received it. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used. Check with your payment method service provider for details.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any unused or partially used product or service. 

Changes to our pricing

We may change the pricing of our products and services from time to time. If we do, we’ll do our best to provide detailed information about the changes before you make a purchase and notify our audience on our communications platforms (including Email, Google Chat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube), where possible. However, that may happen without notice and we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of a service or products. It is your responsibility to stay updated and follow up with us should you find any new information on our pricing. 

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any application, request or order you place with us. These restrictions may include requests placed under the same name, payment account, credit card, billing, and shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided in the transaction. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or bots.

We may provide you with access to third-party resources over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such resources “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. No representation is being made that any personal account will or is likely to achieve profits mentioned in our apprenticeship, or in any of our material.
